For Loose Steel Fiber:

1  Put the steel fiber and aggregates into the blender and mix for about 30 seconds to disperse the steel fiber in the stones and prevent balling;
2  Put sand and cement into the blender and mix for 30 seconds;
3  Add water to the rotating mixer and let the mixer stir for another 3 minutes.

For Glued Steel Fiber 

1  Put aggregates into the blender with the sand and cement
2  Add fibers withe maximum speed of 40kgs/min

3. After added the steel fibers,continue mxing with the highest speed with water for 3minutes
